Bulbs Being Bulby

We've got bulbs coming up all over the place. Daffodils are fully out, while the tulips (above) are just about ready.

One "specimen" tulip is already out, and I took a photo, but for some reason Blogger won't let me upload it. Poo. It's a lovely little tulip, only about 4 inches high, white with a purple heart. It's almost like a lily.

Meanwhile, my Gotcha! tulips finally drooped, so I replaced them with a bouquet of my daffodils. Aren't they pretty?


In other news, today Iain tried to count to ten with Daddy. He counted very confidently: "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, eye, oh." What? I guess 10 looks like an I and an O, when you're almost two.
