Britain Apologizes to Alan Turing

"The debt of gratitude he is owed makes it all the more horrifying, therefore, that he was treated so inhumanely."

Next time you are here we have to go back and do the Bletchley Park Museum tour. I really loved it, so unexpectedly moving.

Turing was treated so badly it is hard to imagine doing all he did for this country while being chemically castrated by his own government, disgusting.

He is a bit of a hero!

The fantastically talented Derek Jacobi played Alan Turing in the stage play 'Breaking the Code' which was later made into a film by the BBC in which he also starred. Highly recommended if you can find a copy.
