Done, so far: 2 batches of shortbread; one batch of biscotti; one batch of cashew brittle; one batch of raspberry thumbprint cookies; and one batch of meringue kisses (in the oven as I type).To do: One more batch of meringues, one more batch of brittle (probably in the microwave this time).
In between, I need to roast a chicken. So it's meringue out, temperature up, chicken in, out, temp back down, meringue batch #2 in. Whew!
And in the meantime? Lecture, book, student papers to edit. Gah.
