The Consequences of Good Weather

Last weekend the sun finally appeared. I was beginning to think it had gone away forever. And ever.

But it returned, as promised, and now we're in the midst of a lovely run of bright days and cool nights. The gents took advantage of it to take a wee walk in one of KY's beautiful state parks. It's not that easy, they tell me, to take a long hike (like 20m), but you can string together a series of 2-3 mile walks easily enough.

So not only did David get to tour Woodford Reserve, see the Preakness (on TV, yes, but with Callie!), wear his seersucker suit, and eat not only fried chicken (what? This is Kentucky!) but also drink Ale8 - he even hiked land that Daniel Boone himself may once have trod.

I think Juno's in love.
